Abstract

|
The purpose of this research is to reveal the most important factors when choosing a dental hospital. Form these factors, dental hospitals can establish better dental service strategies by improving the control variables. This study will determine which uncontrolled variables is most important. It will also explain positive consumer values for starting a dental practice. In the case uncontrolled variables, investigating the degree of importance, I want to mention the customer-valued factor to starting practice dentist. I will also uncover the cognitive path and motivation for person``s visiting dental hospitals, This will allow me to grasp the effective customer path and make available marketing realization when legal regulation of advertisement and promotion are relieved.
